Not completely happy with your purchase? No problem. We make returning as easy as possible. Below you’ll find how it works and what you can expect.
Return periods
We have two return periods, depending on the product you ordered.

How does it work?
You can register a return in three simple steps.
A friendly request
We really appreciate it if you handle the packaging and product carefully. Open the box gently, treat the product with care, and pack it neatly if you decide to return it.
This way, we can resell products that are returned in new condition or donate them to people who really need them. And they also prefer something that looks neat rather than a dented box.
Damaged package received?
It’s annoying when that happens, but we’ll fix it quickly. Contact us directly via info@tiny-thinkers.nl and let us know what’s going on. Preferably with a photo, so we can handle it right away.
